Our First Visit to Christmas in the Woods! 🎄

This weekend we finally made it to Christmas in the Woods in Columbiana, Ohio, and it was everything I hoped it would be.

Over 200 vendors, live music floating through the trees, and the smell of food that made it impossible not to stop and try something. We got a little turned around a few times, but honestly, that just made it more fun. Every path led to something new.

Whoever decided to do chocolate covered strawberries in a cup... I love you. 🍓

We tried cookies, hot cocoa, and wandered through rows and rows of handmade goods that were so cute it was almost overwhelming. Everything felt warm and festive, and the live Christmas music made it all even better.

You could feel how much people love this event. Families, couples, groups of friends ... everyone was in such a good mood, soaking it all in. You could tell who the seasoned pros were, the ones who came prepared with wagons, tote bags, and a plan for which booths to visit first. They actually knew exactly what they were looking for and how to get to it. We were just happily wandering, completely lost, all whilly-nilly.

Next year, we’ll definitely make sure to get there early because it gets packed FAST, and make sure to bring a map. People came from all over to be there, and now I see why.

It was the perfect way to start the holiday season. 🎄✨
